Appointments
Appointment times are specifically reserved for you or your family and require sterilized equipment and clinical team to prepare for. We do understand unexpected situations can happen. Should you need to cancel or reschedule a commitment with less than two full business days’ notice, a $25 deposit will be required to reschedule. The deposit is not a fee, and is applied toward already planned care. This encourages people to be just as dedicated to their oral health as our team is. We value your commitment to optimal oral health.

Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am – 3:30pm
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion will be due the day of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
