Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. Should an emergency arise, we ask for 2 business days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. If there is a trend of missed appointments we reserve the right to request a deposit of your portion prior to scheduling. While scheduling can be hectic for some, it is in your best interest to not delay help indefinitely.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion will be due the day of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Very pleased with Altoona Smiles. Going to the dentist is not high on my list of things I enjoy. The staff is very friendly and professional. Sabrina especially is great at putting you at ease.
My experience at Altoona Smiles was very positive. Dr. Eric & Kaylor were thorough & pleasant. I have a great fear of dentists & they made me feel relaxed & comfortable.
I was very afraid to go to the dentist but everyone made me feel welcome and happy. I had some pretty major dental work done and Dr. Jenni and the assistant kept me calm.
